We do not use your questions or AI responses to train any models. We do not show you ads. We do not sell your data.
Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Firebase is SOC 2 compliant and encrypts data at rest and in transit. Data may be stored on servers outside India, including in the United States.
Questions you submit are transmitted to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Google) to generate responses. Each provider's privacy policy governs their handling of data. We recommend not submitting sensitive personal information in your questions.
We share data only with the following parties, and only as necessary:

Your chat history is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove your personal data and chat history within 30 days. Browser fingerprint records for guest visitors are retained for 90 days.

AI Pantheon uses localStorage (not tracking cookies) to remember your view mode preference (Classic/Immersive). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
Google Firebase Authentication may set session cookies necessary for login to function. These are essential and cannot be disabled without breaking the sign-in feature.
AI Pantheon is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, Firebase security rules, and server-side token verification for all authenticated requests.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
