AI Pantheon ("we", "us", "our") is a web platform that allows users to submit questions simultaneously to multiple AI models — including ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Grok (xAI), and Gemini (Google) — and compare their responses. The service is operated from India and governed by Indian law.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use AI Pantheon. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
AI Pantheon uses Google Sign-In for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account.
AI Pantheon operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are consumed when you use the service:
New visitors receive 1 free credit on arrival (no login required). The Dethrone arenas — Reasoning, Psychology, and Judgement — are completely free to play. Chess (Level 1) is free; higher chess levels require purchased credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases that do not expire; subscription-plan credits are billed monthly and expire at the end of each billing period. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.
Prizes & rewards. Any credits, certificates, ranks, or rewards earned through Dethrone challenges are promotional platform rewards only. They carry no monetary value, are not winnings, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Dethrone is a game of skill offered for entertainment.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to ours.
AI Pantheon's paid services are not available to residents of, or persons accessing from, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, or Myanmar. By making any payment, you confirm that you are not a resident of, and are not accessing the service from, any of these jurisdictions. Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical means to circumvent these geographic restrictions is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of credits without refund. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Due to the nature of AI compute costs, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable Indian consumer protection law. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us at hello@aipantheon.in within 48 hours of the transaction.

The answers provided by ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and Gemini are generated by third-party AI models. AI Pantheon does not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
All design, branding, code, and content on AI Pantheon (excluding AI-generated responses) is owned by or licensed to AI Pantheon. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
You retain ownership of questions you submit. By submitting questions, you grant us a limited licence to process them through third-party AI APIs solely to provide the service.
Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. ChatGPT and GPT are trademarks of OpenAI, L.L.C. Gemini is a trademark of Google LLC. Grok is a trademark of xAI Corp. All other product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. AI Pantheon uses these names solely to factually identify which AI model generated a given response.
AI Pantheon is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or xAI. We access these models through their respective official APIs under their commercial terms. We pay for our own API usage and do not resell raw API access. We do not use the responses generated by any AI model to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial intelligence model.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI Pantheon may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party API outages, or circumstances beyond our control. No credits will be refunded for service downtime unless solely caused by us for extended periods.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Pantheon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
